Benevolent Hearts Home Care in Bedford, TX is seeking an experienced CNA Team Lead to support clients, mentor caregivers, and uphold high standards of home care across our service area.

This hands-on leadership role combines direct client care, caregiver coaching, case launches, and on-call support as part of a patient-centered team dedicated to compassionate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or related settings.
• Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, stroke recovery, and hospice-related needs.
• Train, mentor, and coach caregivers on best practices and care techniques.
• Conduct quality assurance and home safety visits.
• Assist with new client starts and caregiver introductions.
• Help address urgent staffing needs and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and office staff.
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and reliability.

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines direct client care, caregiver mentoring, case launches, and on-call support.
