Job summary

Benevolent Hearts Home Care - Bedford, TX is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our caregiver-first team. You will deliver hands-on support to clients, assist with bathing, grooming, transfers, and daily activities in clients' homes.

We back our CNAs with nurse-led mentorship, paid specialty certifications, and flexible scheduling that puts you in control. A state CNA license and reliable transportation are required; opportunities for advancement and tuition reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license is required (state-specific).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers.
• Promote mobility with ROM exercises and therapy routines.
• Monitor health: track intake and report changes.
• Provide medication cues and document compliance.
• Prepare nutritious meals, light housekeeping, errands, companionship.
• Maintain safety with infection control and fall-prevention protocols; document EMR notes.

• Advocate for safety: follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols and keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.

What You’ll Bring
