Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for residents under supervision of a licensed/registered nurse.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreation, outings).
• Keep unit organized and running smoothly.
• Answer call lights to determine resident needs.
• Provide companionship and maintain a clean, healthy environment.
• Prioritize patient/resident activities based on care needs.
