Crossroads Hospice is seeking a Quick Response CNA (STNA) to join the Even More Care program, delivering urgent support during active hospice care. You will be the steady presence for patients and families, ready to respond to changing needs in a compassionate way.

The role requires weekend shifts in Green, Ohio, with travel across 9 counties. Prior hospice or home health experience is preferred, along with a valid CNA certification and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ohio DOH competency test (75 hours) from accredited program required.
• Active, unrestricted state nurse aide certification required.
• One year of hospice or home health aide experience required.
• Hospice/Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and all caregivers.
• Ability to learn computer skills for clinical software and electronic record utilization.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance; able to operate vehicle independently.

CNA STNA Weekends Available Shifts

• Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM

Travel to the office located in Green, Ohio is required. Serving patients throughout 9 counties in Northeast Ohio as part of the emergent care team.

CNA STNA Weekends Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification
• Must be certified by the state as a nurses' aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification
• 1 year of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurses Aide is required
• Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred
• Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors
• Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization
• Must have reliable vehicle/transportation, valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle
