Job summary

Laurelwood-Assisted-Living- in Dayton seeks a compassionate CNA/STNA to care for seniors with dignity and respect. You will observe changes, report to the nurse, and support daily living activities per each resident's care plan.

Ideal candidates have a CNA/STNA certification, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset. Experience in long-term care is a plus, but not required; passion for elder care is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Tested Nursing Assistants(STNAs) certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
