Job summary

Thewyndmoor is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to provide high-quality elder care in Terre Haute, Indiana. The candidate will observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervising nurse and assist with daily living activities, following individualized care plans.

Strong communication, teamwork, and a genuine passion for working with seniors are essential. Prior long-term care experience is a plus but not required; a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
