Job summary

Arbor Glen Assisted Living seeks a compassionate CNA/HHA to support our residents in daily activities and health monitoring. You will work closely with licensed nurses to observe changes, report concerns, and provide high-quality care in a warm, respectful environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who communicates well, prioritizes effectively, and builds trusting relationships with residents and families. Prior long-term or assisted living experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language.
• Must have no finding in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
• Can foster good resident and family relationships.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
• A passion for working with elderly residents.
• Experience in a long-term or assisted living facility a plus, but not required.
