Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently licensed CNA in Texas.
• Minimum one year long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepares nursing unit schedules and maintains four weeks of posted schedules.
• Oversees scheduling, including vacations and holidays, in an objective manner.
• Ensures payroll accuracy and reconciles attendance data for clinical staff.
• Documents scheduling changes, shifts, and attendance promptly.
• Maintains computerized schedules and scheduling software.
• Assist with scheduling of resident appointments and on-call staffing as needed.
