Robinson Oaks Wellness and Rehab is seeking a friendly Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Staffing Coordinator to develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels in clinical departments.

The role requires CNA/CMA licensure in the state, at least one year of long-term care experience, plus strong organization and MS Office skills to manage schedules and payroll details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Currently licensed as a CNA or CMA in the state practiced.
• Minimum of one-year long term care experience required.
• Strong personal organization and time management ability with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel and Word applications.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Coordinate scheduling for nursing services.
• Plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents.
• Oversee nursing department scheduling, vacations and holidays.
• Maintain payroll accuracy including hours worked, absences, vacations, PTO, etc.
