Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler (CNA) to join our team in Carlinville, IL. You will develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage across nursing units while complying with company guidelines.

Responsibilities include scheduling for nursing services, distributing staff across the facility, and ensuring staffing meets state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have active CNA certification in state of practice.
• Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience.
• Strong sense of personal organization and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Staffing Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and coordinating resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels in the clinical departments in accordance with company guidelines. You will coordinate scheduling in an objective manner for nursing services, plan and schedule staff for the nursing units to assure care for the residents, distribute staff appropriately throughout the facility, and ensure the staffing meets state and federal regulations.

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
