Tutera Senior Living & Health Care in Illinois seeks a Staffing Coordinator / Scheduler (CNA) to develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage in clinical departments while following company guidelines and regulations.

The role requires an active CNA license, at least one year in LTC/SNF/AL/MC, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Word and Excel.

• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Must have active, and in good standing, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of practice
• Minimum of one year of LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience required
• Must possess a strong sense of personal organization and time management

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel required
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
