Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed CNA or CMA in the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year long-term care experience.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare four weeks of nursing unit schedules and maintain posted schedules.
• Oversee scheduling, including vacations and holidays, across nursing departments.

• Ensure payroll accuracy and reconcile timesheets with schedules.
