Qualifications

• CNA certification and active state license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide support in emergency situations and respond promptly to needs.
• Assist in hospice and comfort-focused care as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to infection control.
