AuthentiCare Health Centers is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team in Teaticket, MA. You will support residents with daily activities, monitor health needs, and assist nursing staff in hospice and memory care across our skilled nursing facilities.

Formación

• Strong understanding of resident care principles.
• Ability to provide compassionate support in hospice care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Provide support in emergency situations and respond to residents' needs.
• Assist nursing staff in hospice care.
• Help lift and transfer residents safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to infection control.
• Document residents' information accurately ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive resident care.
