Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents and verify identity before procedures.
• Record and report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and equipment.
• Follow policies on privacy and protection of resident information.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and meal setup; monitor intake.
