Job summary

Bluebonnet Point Wellness in Texas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents and support the care team. This full-time role emphasizes strong attendance, multitasking, and a patient, cooperative demeanor.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, vital documentation, and daily activities while upholding safety and the Resident Bill of Rights. Sign-on bonus available for a limited time.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required by Texas
• Able to record vitals and care notes accurately
• Ability to assist with grooming, bathing, transfers and mobility

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
• Maintain Resident Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
• Support Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
• Record Vital Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
• Assist with Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
• Encourage Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed
