Responsibilities
- Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, catheter care, dressing.
- Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
- Support Mobility: assist with ambulation and transfers.
- Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
- Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort.
- Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide orientation.
