Job summary
Evergreen is hiring CNAs to join our award-winning team in Battle Creek, MI. You will provide daily care per individualized plans, assist with bathing, mobility, and activities of daily living, while delivering compassionate service to residents and families.
We offer competitive pay: base wage $19.00-$21.50 plus $1.00 shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts, up to $25.90/hour total, with yearly wage increases and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement, loan repayment, and health
Qualifications
- Must have completed an approved nurse aide training program with current Michigan CNA certification.
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to compassionate care.
- Team player who supports colleagues and residents to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans (ADLs, bathing, grooming).
- Document nutritional intake, vitals, and routine care.
- Support therapies and well-being through positive engagement.
- Observe changes and report to the nursing team as needed.
- Promote hospitality and exceptional service to guests, families, and visitors.
