Job summary

NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Dimondale, MI is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our caring team. Full-time or part-time roles with 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends, and 2nd/3rd shift premium opportunities provide flexible scheduling for dedicated CNAs.

Earn $19.15–$22.55 base per hour with up to $1.50 shift premium on 2nd/3rd shifts and yearly wage increases. Extensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition discounts and more.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an approved nurse aide training program and current Michigan CNA certification.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, grooming, mobility) per individualized care plans.
• Document patient care, vital signs, nutrition, and symptoms as directed.
• Support therapies and promote a positive, healing environment.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate with clinical team.
• Promote hospitality and superior customer service with guests and families.
