Job summary
Evergreen in Battle Creek, MI is seeking certified CNAs to provide compassionate patient care and document activities per individualized plans. Roles include assisting with daily living, monitoring nutrition and vitals, and supporting therapies to promote well‑being.

Qualifications
- CNA Nurse Aide Certification required from Michigan.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Team player with compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide.
- Assist with bathing and activities of daily living.
- Monitor nutritional intake, vital signs, and mobility.
- Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative therapies and report changes to the nursing team.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
