Job summary

Intersect Healthcare of Cedar Springs is hiring a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our 77-bed facility. Open interviews Monday through Friday 2-4pm.

Provide quality care, assist with daily living activities, and support the clinical team in developing individualized care plans. Requirements include Michigan CNA certification or eligibility to test within 4 months, and a preference for 1 year in long-term care or healthcare.

Qualifications

• Michigan CNA certification or eligible to test, certification within 4 months of hire.
• One year of experience in long-term care, hospice, or healthcare is desired.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe and clean environment, reporting any deficiencies to the Environment Plant Manager
• Assist with orienting residents and their families to the nursing home and unit

Our 77-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility is designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for our residents to recover and thrive. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and personal care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
