Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• CNA certification required or certified within four months of hire.
• Annual continuing education credits and competency testing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dining, and mobility using proper techniques.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to charge nurse promptly.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE usage; participate in wellness activities.
• Assist with meals, activities, and maintain clean, safe living areas.
