Job summary

Gurnee Nursing & Rehab seeks a CNA Supervisor to expedite patient care by scheduling and managing assignments for our clinical team. You may also work on the floor as needed to support care delivery.

The ideal candidate holds an Illinois Nurse Aide certification, has 2 years of scheduling experience in health care, excellent communication, attention to detail, and computer proficiency to learn new software.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience scheduling in the health care industry.
• Currently certified as a Nurse Aide in Illinois.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Computer proficient and capability of learning new software.
• Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial clinical staff shift assignments.
• Communicate assignments, assignment changes and all ongoing scheduling needs.
• Work the floor as needed.
