Aperion Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Illinois to create and manage the monthly CNA schedule, ensuring shifts are staffed in accordance with state and federal guidelines. The role involves posting schedules ahead of time and coordinating with nursing leadership to maintain adequate coverage.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required in Illinois.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR certification required.
• Scheduling experience in long-term care preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit monthly CNA schedules ensuring shifts are staffed per regulations.
• Post schedule five days before start per collective bargaining agreement.
• Coordinate with DON and HR to adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Prepare daily assignment sheets and update records promptly.
• Track attendance and notify HR for shifts below standards.
• Arrange coverage for call-offs and overtime as needed within policy.
