All new CNA hires will receive a sign-on bonus of $1,800, paid after the 90-day probationary period.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote resident hygiene and comfort
• Distribute food and water, assist with feeding residents
• Assist with repositioning and transferring residents
• Ambulate and transport residents
• Record fluid intake and output
• Weigh residents
• Document on flow sheets
• Assist with admission, discharge, and postmortem care
• Respond to call lights promptly
• Perform perineal and colostomy care
• Report observations to the nursing team
• Take and record vital signs
• Make beds and keep units clean
• Prepare rooms for housekeeping after discharge

Requirements

• Current NYS CNA Certification
• Previous long-term care experience is a plus
