Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Dover, Delaware is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide quality daily living assistance to residents. You will support activities, meals, and mobility, while documenting care and communicating with the nursing team.

The role requires a current CNA license in the state and a High School Diploma or GED. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or obtained within 60 days. A flexible schedule including weekends is available.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess current CNA license from the state of residence.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide emotional support during move-in and transitions.
• Report incidents and changes in resident status promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and document care.
• Assist with dining and activity programs and escort residents as needed.
• Respond to calls for assistance and emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with nursing team under supervision.
