Job summary

Indiana Fitness Works in Columbus, IN, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for new winter 2026 openings at Pine Knoll Rehabilitation. Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am with holiday pay and overtime available. Must be able to work every other weekend.

Ideal candidates are CNAs or in an approved training program, currently on the state registry, and able to read, write, and follow care plans with good teamwork. Health certificate required.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA or in approved training program to become CNA.
• Actively on State registry and in good standing.
• If certified out-of-state, eligible to take Indiana CNA exam.

Responsibilities

• Observe changes in resident health and report to Charge Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Document care and observations.
• Report absences and schedule changes to supervisor.
• Provide baths, grooming, and personal care as instructed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain room cleanliness and infection control procedures.
• Support meal service and monitor dietary intake.
