Job summary

Apploi is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our long-term care and skilled nursing team in Indiana. We offer full-time and part-time shifts with a 2.00 shift differential for evening and night hours.

3P-11P, 7A-3P, 3P-11P and 11P-7A shifts are available, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and same-day pay. Enjoy a warm, family-like culture with opportunities for advancement and ongoing CEU support.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing in relevant state.
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds; physical work is a primary part of the job.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care to residents within the scope of CNA duties under licensed nurse supervision.
• Assist residents with daily care: bathing, grooming, hygiene, and equipment placement.
• Change linens and maintain infection control guidelines.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and transportation to activities or appointments.
• Record vital signs and assist with routine nursing tasks as instructed.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident units and related areas.
