Arbor Springs is a Montessori-Inspired Living community in Des Moines, IA seeking compassionate CNAs to provide direct care under licensed supervision.

You will help maintain a positive environment, assist residents, and support daily living activities. Must be 16+, CNA in good standing or in training, and able to read and follow directions; English speakers preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements or in training to satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a Certified Nurse Assistant
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
