Job summary

Arbor Springs is a Montessori-Inspired Living® community in Des Moines, IA, seeking CNA staff to provide compassionate direct care under licensed supervision. You will help maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents and contribute to a dignified care experience.

Qualities include English communication, a positive attitude toward the elderly, and teamwork. Age 16+ and CNA certification or in training to obtain certification are required, with flexible scheduling and growth

Qualifications

• Must speak and understand English.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing and meet all applicable federal and state certification requirements or in training to satisfactorily complete the requirements to become a Certified Nurse Assistant
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
• Must speak and understand English
• Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
• Positive attitude toward the elderly
