Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning; prevent pressure injuries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with meals and hydration; monitor nutrition.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful environment.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Assist nursing staff with additional duties as assigned.
