Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs as directed by licensed staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe changes in resident condition and report to licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful environment
• Ensure rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and organized
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful and compassionate environment
