Job summary

Renwick-Nursing-and-Rehab is seeking a dynamic Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Extended Care affiliated facility. The role focuses on individualized resident care and safe, compassionate daily support.

We emphasize constant engagement and a supportive environment for both residents and team members. As a CNA, you will provide personal care, assist with mobility and daily activities, and help residents maintain independence and dignity in a caring setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures
• Remain calm under stress while maintaining a “can-do” attitude
• Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning
• Support residents in looking and feeling their best while encouraging independence
• Empower residents to function at their highest possible level
