Job summary

Lakewood-Nursing-and-Reha is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide individualized care at our Extended Care affiliated facility. Our CNAs support residents with personal care and daily activities, ensuring safety and comfort while promoting independence.

The role emphasizes compassionate, energetic care and teamwork with clinical staff to deliver high-quality services. We value dedication, reliability, and a respectful, inclusive work environment for all team members.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements).
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements.
• Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant.
• Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors.
• Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures.
