Job summary

Atrium Centers, a 60-bed facility in Michigan, seeks CNAs to provide resident care and support to a closely knit team. This 100% employee-owned company offers opportunities to support daily living activities, follow care plans, and maintain infection control standards.

Earn $20.50/hour with $3.40/hour hero pay for 8-hour shifts. Emphasis on dependable attendance, compassion, and quality care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety.
• Follow all infection control procedures.
• Accurately document vitals and required information.
• Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
• Support residents and your care team with a positive, team-focused attitude.
