Atrium Living Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization operating a 39-bed facility in Muskegon, MI. We are seeking a CNA/STNA to provide compassionate, resident-centered care on 8‑hour shifts with HERO Pay and PRN opportunities.

Join a mission-driven team dedicated to quality care and meaningful resident relationships. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, safety, and personal care, following care plans, and maintaining infection control and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and state license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Service-minded with a readiness to learn and grow.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential.

Responsabilités

• CNA provides resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, resident safety and personal care.
• Understand and practice infection control procedures.
• Comply with documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals.
• Report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
