Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated CNA/STNA to provide high-quality resident care in a 60-bed community in Michigan. You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities and safety, and document vitals and information accurately.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certificate active in state.
• Excellent communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per individualized Care Plans.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and safety.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document vitals and required information accurately.
• Report concerns or violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights promptly.
• Support residents and the care team with a positive, team-focused attitude.

Additional Offerings

• Full Time: 2nd Shift

• Part Time: 1st & 2nd Shift

• Every Other Weekend: 3rd Shift

• Pay: $20.50/hour + $3.40/hour Hero Pay

• 8-Hour Shifts

• 60-Bed Facility

What You’ll Do

• Provide resident care according to individualized Care Plans

• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety

• Follow all infection control procedures

• Accurately document vitals and required information

• Immediately report any concern or violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights

• Support residents and your care team with a positive, team-focused attitude
