Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a 39-bed facility. You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and help ensure safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Completed CNA/STNA course and state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care according to an approved Care Plan.
• Assist with daily activities, safety, and personal care.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Document vitals and other required records accurately.
• Report any violations of Residents’ Bill of Rights immediately.
