Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is hiring CNAs, PCAs, Caregivers, Resident Assistants, Medication Aide, and Med Techs in Leesburg, VA. Walk-In Wednesday interviewing every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities.

Join a supportive care team dedicated to daily living activities, safety, companionship, and respectful resident care. You’ll gain hands-on experience with ADLs, medication assistance, and teamwork with our leadership.

Qualifications

• Virginia CNA/PCA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living or memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with toileting and personal care.
• Engage residents and provide companionship.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

What Our Caregivers Do

Medication Aide / Med Tech

Our Medication Aides / RMAs / Med Techs help provide safe, compassionate resident care by:

• Assisting with medication administration according to Virginia requirements
• Maintaining accurate medication documentationObserving residents and communicating changes to the care team
• Assisting residents with daily care needs
• Providing friendly, respectful and dependable service

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced in senior living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, home care or healthcare — preferred
