Job summary

Spring Arbor Senior Living of Leesburg is actively hiring Resident Assistants (CNA/PCA/Caregiver) for multiple shifts. Walk-in interviews are held Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Leesburg location. Our team offers referral bonuses, certification reimbursement, and comprehensive on‑the‑job training.

Positions include 1st/2nd/3rd shift with options for full‑time or part‑time schedules. Starting pay is $19.45/hour with higher rates based on experience, and flexibility is available for

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service environment preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• CNA certification preferred; PCA certificate may be accepted; CNA certification may be required in some states.
• Must meet applicable state certification and licensure requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass background/health screenings and drug-free workplace requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, mobility and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist in dining, serving meals and clearing tables.
• Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems and requests for assistance.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Maintain required resident care documentation per state regulations and policies.
• Assist with resident transportation when required.
• Follow safety, infection control, residents’ rights, confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
