Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalen t.
• 6 months direct patient care experience preferred.
• CNA I or CNA II certification (Maryland) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care, comfort, and safety under direct nurse supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, etc.).
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and routine measurements.
• Maintain clean and stocked patient rooms and equipment.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Utilize electronic medical records as required.
• Support admission, transfer and discharge processes.
