Job summary

Patient First in White Marsh, MD is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time day shifts. The role involves locating patients, taking vital signs, and assisting Nurses and Physicians with care and exams in a busy clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has CNA certification, typing skills, and at least one year of clinical experience. EMR systems will be used, and staff must maintain a clean, organized treatment area throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and capable of performing clinical duties.
• Minimum typing experience required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in a hospital or physician’s office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate patients and obtain vital signs.
• Assist nurses and physicians with patient care and exams.
• Order lab, x-ray, and supplies as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock treatment rooms.
• Sterilize instruments and handle phlebotomy procedures as needed.
• Report to Charge Nurse before leaving and follow guidelines.
