Banner Health in Greeley, CO seeks a CNA/Patient Care Assistant for the MOT unit. You will provide routine patient care and actively participate in the patient plan, supporting comfort and safety during shifts.

The role is full-time with three 12-hour shifts (6am–6:30pm) and weekend rotations. A $1,500 hire-on incentive is available to eligible candidates, with additional weekend differential where applicable.

Qualificações

• CNA/Patient Care Assistant role in MOT unit focusing on patient comfort.
• Contributes to the overall plan of care and routine data collection.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living to promote patient health.
• Collect vital signs and input data per unit policy and care standards.
• Document objective data and communicate status to the care team.
• Support procedures such as blood draws and basic device use under supervision.
• Handle receptionist/clerical duties to aid department workflow.
• Maintain patient records, charts, and supply levels.
