Job summary

Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO seeks a CNA/Patient Care Assistant for the MOT Unit. You will provide routine patient care, document data, and support daily unit operations. Shift is three 12-hour days, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with weekend rotations and a $1,500 hire-on incentive.

Required CNA certification, BLS, and high school diploma/GED. Prior healthcare or clerical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• CNA certification in state of practice required for new hires/ transfers.
• 1 year of medical clerical experience or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational, human relations and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care to promote comfort and support the patient plan of care.
• Document patient data, vital signs and care in medical records.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, nutrition and hygiene as needed.
• Assist with specimens collection, transportation and basic nursing procedures.
• Support unit operations, including receptionist/clerical duties and supply management.
• Maintain complete patient records and ensure chart forms are accessible.
