Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and discharge needs.
• Develop and revise the plan of care with patient/family input.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise care by licensed staff.
• Communicate patient status and needs to the care team and physicians.
• Document assessments, plans and evaluations in the patient record.
• Support professional development and mentoring within the unit.
