Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a part-time Nursing Assistant/Personal Care Assistant to support older adults in a community-based program in Redmond, WA. You will help with mobility, daily living activities, and social interaction to promote independence and quality of life.

The role requires WA Nursing Assistant Certification, CPR/First Aid, and at least 1 year of healthcare experience, including care for frail seniors. On-site work with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License or equivalent is required at hire.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required at hire.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience working with frail, cognitively impaired older adults.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with mobility exercises to promote independence.
• Support activities of daily living including transfers, toileting, feeding, showering, and dressing.
• Assist with transportation, walking, socialization, and overall participant comfort and satisfaction.
