Job summary

Senior Community Care, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), seeks a compassionate CNA to support seniors in maintaining independence and quality of life. This on-site role provides hands-on personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living support within an interdisciplinary team.

You will help carry out individualized care plans and support restorative and social activities while upholding safety and dignity.
