Job summary

Fairlawn Haven is seeking a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) in Archbold, Ohio. The CNA will assist residents across the care center, including rehab, assisted living and long-term care neighborhoods, delivering compassionate care and maintaining residents' rights.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, able to work self-motivated, and willing to rotate holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• State Tested Nursing Assistant or a Test Ready Nursing Assistant (Test Ready will need to complete and pass state test within 120 days of hire)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and honor Resident’s Rights
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, family, visitors and staff
