Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated CNA to deliver individualized care according to each resident's care plan in a supportive healthcare setting.

You will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promote independence, report changes to the clinical team, and connect with residents and families with compassion and dignity. Ongoing education and strict confidentiality are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED required.
• CNA certification from an accredited program required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, respectful resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to care plans.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and meaningful way.
