Job summary

Bardwell Residences is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver individualized care and assist residents with daily activities. You will work closely with the clinical team to monitor health changes and promote independence with dignity.

In this role, you will engage with residents and families thoughtfully, participate in ongoing learning opportunities, and uphold strict confidentiality. A compassionate approach and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current CNA certification from an accredited program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care per each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families in a compassionate and impactful manner.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings and other learning experiences.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
